Dorothy Rose will no longer be teaching the

Water Aerobics program. We cannot begin to thank her enough for all that she has done for the program and for our seniors in the last few years!

Mary Ellen comes to us with 50ish years of ARC WSI teaching & many more years of swimming because of a mom who couldn't swim. (She taught her mom how to swim later on.) Swim & diving teams along with synchronized swimming on the university level gives an easy start for competing in triathlons since 70's. While drown-proofing our U.S. Military at local schwimmbads in German (DRG certification) she set up & taught their family members.

Her range of students include individuals with special needs, cardiac rehab patients & chronic illnesses, WATSU/AI CHI, 6 month olds and up into late 90's with horizontal and vertical water skills..

Mary Ellen would like to thank Fred Brown & Dorothy Rose, locally for 'getting me into trouble' with my Senior Swimmers
and Senior Olympics.
