Tai Chi classes will resume in September with our new instructor. Jon Doll has studied and practiced martial arts, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for nearly 50 years. We are very grateful that he is willing to continue the tai chi program.

This class is open to anyone, but there will be some floor work. Afraid you can’t get up? No worries -
Limited to 12 people, so please sign up. You will need to bring a towel. If you prefer to use a yoga mat or small blanket, please bring one of those as well.
